SubDock lists only official affiliate offers, authorized vouchers, reseller licenses, provider-provisioned licenses/seats, and provider-approved invitations. This is enforced by server-side validation and moderation rules, not just warning copy.
Seller verification
- Business details and territory confirmation on application.
- Authorization evidence (reseller agreement, affiliate acceptance, provider partnership) reviewed before approval.
- Sellers may list only against SKUs an admin has pre-approved for the platform.
Offer verification
- Every offer maps to an approved provider + SKU.
- Fulfillment method is one of four allowed types — enforced by a database enum.
- Sensitive edits (price, SKU, territory) return an offer to review.
Buyer protection
- Refunds when delivery misses SLA or delivered code is invalid.
- Dispute flow with support review and payout freeze while open.
- Redemption codes are masked in UI and treated as secrets.
